According to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, the Bennett Lake Road 257-463 boat ramp located in Whitwell, Tennessee is a concrete ramp that is 12 feet wide. It services Bennett Lake, which is a small lake located within the James R. State Wildlife Management Area. The lake is primarily used for fishing and boating, and electric trolling motors are allowed on the water. However, gasoline-powered boats are not permitted on the lake.
