There are plenty of nearby activities such as fishing, hiking, boating, and wildlife viewing. The campground amenities include water and electric hookups, restrooms, showers, and a dump station. The campground operates on a first-come-first-serve basis and has 51 campsites available. The best time to visit is during the summer months, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-80s to low 90s.
