Reservations are required for group use via Recreation.gov; no individual dispersed sites are available. A nominal fee applies. Amenities include pit toilets, picnic tables, a large group ramada, and fire rings; however, there is no drinking water or RV hookups, though small RVs can access the site. The area is ideal for hiking, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing, with nearby Rim Lakes and the Mogollon Rim offering scenic attractions. Best visited from late spring to early fall for mild weather and accessible roads.
