locally more south of Flagstaff. Southwest winds gusting as high as
55 mph will create areas of blowing and drifting snow,
significantly reducing visibility.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges, will likely become slick
and hazardous. Periods of moderate to heavy snowfall will create
snow-covered roads and hazardous driving conditions. Strong winds
could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
