Located in the Sequoia National Forest, the Lower Paradise Valley camping area provides breathtaking views of the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains. Nearby points of interest include the Kings Canyon National Park and the scenic Kings River. The campground offers picnic tables, vault toilets, and fire rings. The area has 36 first-come-first-serve campsites, with no reservations required. The best time to visit is from May to October, with average temperatures ranging from 70°F to 90°F during the day, and 40°F to 60°F at night. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, and wildlife watching in the area. However, it is important to note that there are no RV hookups available at the Lower Paradise Valley camping area.
