Chimney Creek Camping Area is located in the southern Sierra Nevada Mountains with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. The campground has basic amenities such as pit toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings, and is first-come-first-serve with 20 campsites available. The best time to visit is from May to October with average temperatures ranging from the 60s to 80s during the day and dropping to the 30s and 40s at night.
