Campsite 52 Campground is located in the Las Vegas Wash watershed of Nevada, approximately 20 miles northeast of Las Vegas. The campground offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and desert landscape, as well as easy access to nearby points of interest such as Lake Mead National Recreation Area and the Valley of Fire State Park.

The campground itself features 32 campsites with picnic tables and fire rings, as well as vault toilets and potable water. There are no RV hookups or showers available, but generators are allowed during certain hours. Campers are advised to bring their own firewood and follow all posted rules and regulations.

One interesting fact about the area is that it is home to several endangered species, including the Mojave Desert tortoise and the Las Vegas buckwheat plant. Visitors are encouraged to be respectful of the local wildlife and vegetation.

The best time of year to visit the Campsite 52 Campground is in the fall or spring, when temperatures are mild and comfortable. Average temperatures during these seasons range from the mid-60s to mid-80s Fahrenheit. Summer temperatures can be very hot, often reaching triple digits during the day.
