No reservations are required—sites are first-come, first-served, and free of charge. The area is ideal for quiet camping, fishing, birdwatching, and hiking nearby trails like the 2.2-mile Coffee Mill Lake Trail. The best time to visit is spring or fall for mild temperatures and vibrant scenery in the Caddo National Grasslands.
