Dispersed camping is also available nearby in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, and drinking water (seasonally available). No hookups, but RVs up to 30 ft are welcome. Nestled in a scenic high-alpine valley at 8,200 ft, the campground is surrounded by pine and aspen forest near the East Fork Bear River, offering peaceful vibes and cool summer temps. Popular nearby attractions include the Highline Trail, Christmas Meadows, and Mirror Lake. Best visited June–September.
