3 feet, locally up to 40 inches in the Bear River Range and upper
Cottonwoods.
* WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions can be expected on all
mountain routes. Traction restrictions are likely. Very low
visibility in blowing and drifting snow is likely near Logan
Summit.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mountain snow will begin this evening and
become heavy at times after 4 AM Friday morning. The heaviest
period of snow will be Friday evening into Saturday morning, with
rates exceeding 2 inches per hour at times.
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 to
16 inches above 5500 feet, 2 to 6 inches below 5500 feet.
* WHERE...Wasatch Back.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions can be expected on most
routes, especially those in the Park City area including the
Friday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Two scenarios exist for this storm across the
Wasatch Back regarding precipitation type. If temperatures remain
near to below freezing through Friday evening below 5500 feet,
snow accumulations will be at the higher range. If temperatures
warm above freezing Friday morning, accumulations below 5500 feet
will shift toward the lower end of the range.

2 feet.
* WHERE...Western Uinta Mountains.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions can be expected on all
mountain routes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mountain snow will begin this tonight and
become heavy at times after 6 AM Friday morning. The heaviest
period of snow will be Friday evening into Saturday morning, with
rates exceeding 1 to 2 inches per hour at times.
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches
valley floors, 2 to 6 inches benches.
* WHERE...Cache Valley/Utah Portion and Eastern Box Elder County.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected and will impact
the Friday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Two scenarios exist for this storm across the
Cache Valley and eastern Box Elder County regarding precipitation
type. If temperatures remain near to below freezing through
Friday evening, snow accumulations will be at the higher range.
If temperatures warm above freezing Friday morning, accumulations
will shift toward the lower end of the range.

inches north of Manti, 4 to 8 inches south of Manti.
* WHERE...Central Mountains and Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions can be expected on all
mountain routes with significant impacts to conditions on Soldier
Summit.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mountain snow will begin this tonight and
become heavy at times after 6 AM Friday morning. The heaviest
period of snow will be Friday evening into Saturday morning, with
rates exceeding 1 to 2 inches per hour at times.
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph mainly Uinta County, Wyoming.
* WHERE...In Utah, Bear Lake and Bear River Valley. In Wyoming,
Southwest Wyoming.
* WHEN...From 5 PM Friday to 5 PM MST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected. Blowing and
drifting snow will reduce visibility, including I-80 in Uinta
County, WY.
