* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...City and Borough of Yakutat and Prince of Wales Island, mainly the west coast from Hydaburg to Craig. * WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST this morning. * IMPACTS...Travel by land, sea and air could be impacted by low visibilities in freezing fog. Light ice accrual can be expected on aircraft, decks and roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing fog is primarily limited to the southern gulf coast, as well as communities near sheltered coves and bays along Clarence Strait.
