Lighter accumulations are expected elsewhere in the advisory areas. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio. * WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A narrow band of heavier snow will drift across the area this morning with snowfall rates up to one half inch per hour. If this band is persistent in one area, locally higher amounts are possible.
