Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Keweenaw, Northern Houghton, and Ontonagon Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
