Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine, Hill County, Northern Blaine County, and Southern High Plains. * WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 11 PM MST this evening. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 5 AM Saturday to 5 AM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Plan on winter driving conditions. Snow and blowing snow may significantly reduce visibility at times Saturday night.
