Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms and heavy rainfall this afternoon, combined with the heavy rainfall from the past 3 days, will bring a threat for flash flooding this afternoon and evening. Stronger storms will be capable of producing 1 to 2 inches of rain in 30 minutes, with isolated areas receiving storm totals of 2 to 4 inches.
