Built in 1969, this earth dam stands at a height of 24 feet and spans a length of 1100 feet, with a storage capacity of 221 acre-feet. The reservoir covers a surface area of 22 acres and is situated along the TR Twomile Run river or stream.

Managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Lake Sinca is subject to state regulations, inspections, and enforcement to ensure its safety and integrity.
