P-5, also known as Lake Henry, is a concrete dam located in Winter Haven, Florida, with a primary purpose of flood risk reduction.
Completed in 1964, this dam stands at a height of 33 feet and has a hydraulic height of 16 feet. It has a storage capacity of 12,312 acre-feet, with a normal storage capacity of 5,166 acre-feet, and covers a surface area of 861 acres.
Managed by the Southwest Florida Water Management District, P-5 is regulated, permitted, inspected, and enforced by the state of Florida.
