Frd No 4, also known as Silver Creek Watershed Dam 4, is a local government-owned earth dam located in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas. Built in 1965 by the USDA NRCS, this dam serves the primary purpose of flood risk reduction along the Silver Creek.
