Frd No 4, also known as Silver Creek Watershed Dam 4, is a local government-owned earth dam located in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas. Built in 1965 by the USDA NRCS, this dam serves the primary purpose of flood risk reduction along the Silver Creek. With a height of 37 feet and a hydraulic height of 34 feet, Frd No 4 has a storage capacity of 953 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 10.68 acres.

The dam, designed with a buttress core type, has a spillway width of 40 feet and a maximum discharge capacity of 700 cubic feet per second. While it is uncontrolled, the dam's hazard potential is classified as significant, with a moderate risk level. Even though the condition assessment is not rated, the dam is regularly inspected by the Kansas Department of Agriculture, with the last inspection conducted in January 2017.
