* WHEN...From noon Friday to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Bitterly cold
temperatures with wind chill values below zero are also expected
Friday through Sunday which only increases the vulnerability when
traveling. Travel should be avoided if possible, especially Friday
night through midday Sunday.
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
8 inches possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Kansas.
* WHEN...From Friday evening through late Saturday night.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
