Frd No 9-12, also known as Twin Caney Watershed Dam 9 12, is a flood risk reduction structure located in Sedan, Chautauqua County, Kansas. Built in 1965 by the USDA NRCS, this dam is owned by the local government and regulated by the Kansas Department of Agriculture.

With a buttress core type and a height of 37 feet, Frd No 9-12 has a storage capacity of 307 acre-feet and a spillway width of 80 feet. The dam serves the primary purpose of flood risk reduction and is considered to have a low hazard potential.
