Frd No 9-12, also known as Twin Caney Watershed Dam 9 12, is a flood risk reduction structure located in Sedan, Chautauqua County, Kansas. Built in 1965 by the USDA NRCS, this dam is owned by the local government and regulated by the Kansas Department of Agriculture.
