Dd No 101, located in Cowley County, Kansas, is a local government-owned earth dam designed by BOOKER/FREUND, INC. It was completed in 1994 for the primary purpose of flood risk reduction along Snake Creek. Standing at 48 feet tall and stretching 1150 feet in length, this dam provides a storage capacity of 2772 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 50.8 acres.
