Pa-103 is a state-owned dam located in Terry Township, Bradford, Pennsylvania, along the Sugar Run river. Built in 1974 by the USDA NRCS, this earth dam spans 700 feet in length and stands at a height of 20 feet, with a storage capacity of 515 acre-feet.
