Jordon #1 is a privately owned dam located in Richland, Wisconsin, along the TR-HAWKINS CREEK. Built in 1974, this earth dam stands at a height of 31 feet and has a maximum storage capacity of 35 acre-feet. Its primary purposes include fire protection and serving as a stock or small fish pond, with a surface area of 3 acres and a drainage area of 0.3 square miles. The dam is regulated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WIDNR) and has state permitting, inspection, and enforcement in place.
