Spring Creek Dam Wma, located in Bowman, North Dakota, is a Federal-owned water management area primarily used for fish and wildlife pond purposes. Built in 1991 by the North Dakota Game and Fish Department and Ducks Unlimited, this Earth-type dam stands at a height of 11 feet and has a length of 600 feet. The dam has a storage capacity of 100 acre-feet, with a normal storage level of 60 acre-feet, covering a surface area of 30 acres.

Managed by the North Dakota State Water Commission, the Spring Creek Dam Wma is regulated, permitted, inspected, and enforced by state agencies to ensure its safety and compliance. The dam has an uncontrolled spillway with a width of 500 feet and one vertical lift outlet gate. Despite being rated as having a low hazard potential and not yet condition-assessed, the dam is considered to have moderate risk.
