Jochim Dam, also known as Ernest & Valentine 2, is a privately owned earth dam located in Sioux County, North Dakota. Built in 2004 by the USFWS, this dam serves multiple purposes including fire protection, stock watering, and creating a small fish pond. With a height of 12 feet and a length of 515 feet, the dam has a storage capacity of 97.2 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 11 acres.

The dam has an uncontrolled spillway and a low hazard potential, with a moderate risk assessment rating.
