Located in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, the SCS-Okfuskee Tributaries Site-N09 is a state-regulated earth dam that was completed in 1978 by the USDA NRCS. With a primary purpose of flood risk reduction, this dam on the TR-NUYAKA CREEK has a height of 35 feet and a length of 2420 feet, providing storage for up to 1320 acre-feet of water. The dam is equipped with a controlled spillway and a valve outlet gate to manage water flow during times of high discharge.
