Lake Catalpa, located in Luzerne, Pennsylvania, is a privately owned recreational reservoir that was completed in 1860. The dam, primarily made of stone and buttress core types, stands at a height of 23 feet and spans 160 feet in length. With a normal storage capacity of 562 acre-feet and a surface area of 115 acres, the reservoir is situated on Falls Creek in Dallas Borough.
