Meadow Lake is a private recreational reservoir located in Middle Smithfield Township, Pennsylvania. Managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, this Earth-type dam was completed in 1916 and stands at a height of 14 feet with a length of 190 feet. The reservoir has a storage capacity of 87 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 13 acres, with a normal storage level of 61 acre-feet.

Despite its age, Meadow Lake is in fair condition with a significant hazard potential. Regular inspections are conducted, with the last one taking place in August 2019.
