Blott, also known as Linnie Lac, is a gravity dam located in Muskego, Wisconsin, on the Muskego Creek. Built in 1837, this dam serves a primary purpose of recreation and stands at a height of 12 feet with a hydraulic height of 8 feet. The dam has a storage capacity of 166 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 6 acres, with a maximum discharge of 450 cubic feet per second.

Despite its age, Blott dam has undergone modifications in 1956 and 1999 to ensure its structural integrity. The dam is regulated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WIDNR) and is subject to regular inspections, with a hazard potential rated as high and a risk assessment indicating a very high risk level. The condition assessment in 2017 deemed the dam to be in satisfactory condition, but with emergency action plans and risk management measures yet to be fully established.

The dam's location in a high-risk area underscores the importance of continued monitoring and maintenance to prevent potential hazards. As a popular recreational spot, Blott dam plays a vital role in the local community, highlighting the need for sustainable water resource management practices in the face of climate change challenges.
