Bulkley Playa is a privately owned Earth dam located in Campbell, Wyoming, along the North Fork Williams Draw. Built in 2007 by designer M. Crow, this dam serves primarily as a Fish and Wildlife Pond, with additional purposes including Fire Protection, Stock, and small fish pond. With a height of 10 feet and a hydraulic height of 16.1 feet, Bulkley Playa has a storage capacity of 1034 acre-feet and covers a surface area of 117 acres.

Despite its low hazard potential and fair condition assessment, Bulkley Playa is subject to state regulation and inspection by the Wyoming State Engineer's Office and Department of Environmental Quality. With a moderate risk assessment rating, this dam has a controlled spillway width of 70 feet and an outlet gate equipped with one valve. While the dam has not undergone any modifications since its completion in 2007, regular inspections are conducted every 5 years to ensure its safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Bulkley Playa's location on County Road in Campbell, Wyoming, makes it a valuable water resource for the local ecosystem and a potential site for wildlife conservation efforts. As climate enthusiasts and water resource advocates continue to monitor the impact of climate change on water availability and quality, dams like Bulkley Playa play a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance and supporting biodiversity in the region.
