Huff Hills
Huff Hills ski resort in North Dakota offers 20 runs, with the best trails being the black diamond runs such as Timberline and Ridge Run. An interesting fact about the resort is that it was originally built by the Bismarck Ski Club in the 1950s, with the first ski lift being a rope tow powered by a Model T engine. For beginner skiers, the Easy Street run is recommended, with a gentle slope and easy access to the beginner area. The best apres ski bar is the Saloon, located in the base lodge, offering drinks and snacks in a cozy atmosphere.
