Mount Seymour ski resort is located in the North Shore Mountains of British Columbia. The main mountain range that the resort is a part of is the Coast Mountains, which run along the west coast of North America. The highest peak in the area is Mount Seymour itself, which has an elevation of 1,449 meters (4,754 feet).
The resort offers a variety of terrain for skiers and snowboarders, including beginner slopes, intermediate runs, and challenging black diamond trails. The mountain has a vertical drop of 330 meters (1,080 feet) and receives an average of 1,200 centimeters (472 inches) of snowfall each year.
In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Mount Seymour also offers opportunities for snowshoeing, tubing, and snowshoe tours. The resort is known for its stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the city of Vancouver below.

For beginners, the lodge offers lessons and rentals, and the easiest trail is the beginner-friendly Lodge Run. As for aprés ski, the Rock Chute Inn is a popular spot for drinks and food. An interesting fact is that Mount Seymour was named after Frederick Seymour, the Governor of British Columbia from 1864 to 1869.
