For beginners, the Easy Street run offers gentle slopes to practice on. Nakiska was built for the 1988 Winter Olympics and was the site of the alpine events. The resort has an excellent apres ski culture, with the cozy main lodge offering fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, and a great place to unwind after a long day on the slopes, with a suggestion for best apres ski bar being the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.
