Monte Volturino
Monte Volturino ski resort is located in Italy's Southern Apennines and offers skiers over 20 km of slopes. The best trails are the "Lupo" and "Falco" runs, which are suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers. Interestingly, the resort was used as a training ground for the Italian army during World War II. For beginners, the "Cervo" slope is a great option to start with.
