About the Area
The ski resort of Ski Civetta is located in the province of Belluno, in the region of Veneto, Italy. It is surrounded by several mountain ranges, including the Civetta Group, the Dolomites, and the Marmolada Massif. The resort offers stunning views of these mountains and provides skiers with a variety of slopes for all levels of experience. Additionally, the resort is known for its challenging off-piste terrain, as well as its beautiful tree-lined runs and wide-open pistes.
With a peak elevation of 2,116m, the resort offers spectacular views of the surrounding Dolomite mountains. For beginners, the resort's "Pescul Baby" area offers gentle slopes and a ski school for lessons. One interesting fact about Ski Civetta is that it was the location for some of the skiing scenes in the James Bond film "For Your Eyes Only".
