In west central Georgia, Coweta, Heard, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding and Troup. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Total rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected with locally higher amounts of up to 6 inches possible.
