Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...The Southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains. This includes portions of highways 58, 230, 138, 62, 140, and 66. It also includes the areas of Willamette Pass, Crater Lake, Diamond Lake, Union Creek, Lake of the Woods, and Mount Ashland. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
