Lower elevations including LaPine, Sunriver, Sisters and Camp Sherman will see lesser amounts of snow on the order of 1 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph may cause some blowing snow mainly along the Cascade crest. * WHERE...East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Heavy snowfall and very low visibility will create extremely dangerous driving conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
