There are no established campgrounds, hookups, or water—bring your own. A vault toilet is available near the cabin. Fire rings and picnic tables are limited to the cabin area. The setting is serene and forested, with Beaver Creek running nearby and access to trails like the Continental Divide Trail. Ideal for hikers, horseback riders, and solitude seekers. Best visited June–September when the road is snow-free. A permit and reservation are required for cabin use; dispersed camping is free.
