The area is surrounded by stunning mountain views and offers great opportunities for hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. The campground has 11 campsites with access to fire pits, picnic tables, and vault toilets. The campground is first-come, first-served and does not take reservations. The best time to visit is from June through September when temperatures range from 70-80 degrees during the day and 40-50 degrees at night. Overall, Canjilon Creek Campground is a great location for a peaceful and scenic camping experience.
