Key spots include coves near the dam for striped bass, shallow inlets for largemouth bass, and deeper channels for catfish and crappie. The lake hosts largemouth and striped bass, crappie, catfish, and sunfish. Spring and fall are best for bass and crappie, while summer favors striped bass in deeper water. Use crankbaits and soft plastics for bass, live minnows or jigs for crappie, and cut bait or chicken liver for catfish. Boat access is ideal, with a concrete ramp and parking at the launch.
