Located in Carlisle, Iowa, the Badger Creek Watershed Site 45-4 is a vital water resource managed by the local government. Completed in 1962, the earth dam stands at a height of 33 feet and has a storage capacity of 56 acre-feet, with a normal storage of 29 acre-feet.
