Frd No 1 is a flood risk reduction structure located in Clifton, Kansas, along Dry Creek. Owned by the local government, this earth dam was designed by the USDA NRCS and completed in 1983. With a dam height of 35 feet and a length of 1880 feet, it provides storage of 834 acre-feet of water for flood control purposes.

The dam has a low hazard potential and is currently in "Not Rated" condition assessment.
