Frd No 9, also known as Spillman Creek, is a flood risk reduction structure located in Osborne, Kansas. Built in 1986 by the USDA NRCS, this earth dam stands at a height of 25.4 feet and has a storage capacity of 990 acre-feet. With a primary purpose of flood risk reduction, the dam spans 1235 feet in length and is designed with a buttress core type.
