Luna
Luna is a private irrigation structure located on the San Francisco River in Apache, Arizona. Built in 1911 by the USDA NRCS, Luna serves the primary purpose of irrigation and also supports recreation. This Earth type dam stands at 27 feet high, with a length of 292 feet and a storage capacity of 1800 acre-feet. The dam has a spillway width of 120 feet and is regulated by the Arizona Department of Water Resources.
