Star Creek is a private irrigation dam located in Malheur, Oregon, with a primary purpose of providing water for agricultural use. Completed in 1951, this earth dam stands at a height of 25.5 feet and has a storage capacity of 160 acre-feet. The dam spans 1298 feet in length and covers a surface area of 27.2 acres, serving a drainage area of 2 square miles.

Managed by the Oregon Water Resources Department, Star Creek Dam is regulated, inspected, and enforced by the state agency to ensure its safety and compliance with regulations. Despite being rated as having a low hazard potential, the dam has not been given a condition assessment. The outlet gates are equipped with a slide (sluice gate) for water release, and the last inspection was conducted in August 2011 with a frequency of every 6 years.
