Trout Run No 4 is a privately owned dam located in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. Built in 1882, this Earth dam stands at 34 feet high and stretches 533 feet in length, serving primarily for water supply purposes. With a storage capacity of 204 acre-feet, it covers a drainage area of 1.95 square miles and has a surface area of 12 acres.

Managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Trout Run No 4 is deemed to have a high hazard potential but is currently assessed to be in fair condition. Regular inspections are conducted, with the last one carried out in October 2020.
