Kaercher Creek (Pa 478) is a state-owned recreational dam located in Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, this earth dam was completed in 1971 and serves the primary purposes of flood risk reduction and recreation along the Maiden Creek. With a height of 56 feet and a length of 680 feet, the dam has a storage capacity of 1,089 acre-feet, providing essential water resource management for the area.

Despite being classified as having a high hazard potential, Kaercher Creek is currently deemed to be in fair condition.
