Timber Creek Condo, located in Towamencin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private residential community protected by an earth dam along the TR Towamencin Creek. Completed in 1985 for flood risk reduction purposes, this dam stands at a height of 10 feet and spans 190 feet in length, providing a storage capacity of 4 acre-feet. The dam is regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, with regular inspections and enforcement measures in place to ensure its structural integrity and safety.
