Northlake Dam, also known as Nancy Hawkins Assoc Dam, is a privately owned structure located in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Built in 1965, this earth dam stands at a height of 21 feet and spans a length of 470 feet, providing recreational opportunities for the community. Situated on TR-LIMESTONE CREEK, the dam has a storage capacity of 78 acre-feet with a normal storage level of 55 acre-feet.

Despite its low hazard potential, Northlake Dam has been assessed to be in poor condition as of July 2017. The dam is classified as having a moderate risk level, with a frequency of inspection every five years. While the dam serves primarily for recreation, its structural integrity and maintenance are crucial for ensuring the safety of the surrounding area and the continued enjoyment of its recreational benefits.
